Blahfrican

1. An word for a Non-Native-Australian "Black" person. Proper alternative to "Black" or "N-word" but not derogatory or complementary.

2. Anyone showing signs of unconscious imitation of that person.

Etym,— Thought to have been used since Jesus's time 33 - 0 BC. The Blah is derived from latin (Blanda) meaning One who talks his/her lips off in an alluring, smooth, flattering fashion. Frican comes from the latin (Fricare) meaning to chaffe which aptly describes the look and feel of their hard, fried lookin' hair.

Blafrican-American

Used only when a white person is speaking to or around a black person. Occurs when the white person begins to say "black" and quickly corrects him/herself to say "African-American"

There are certainly alot of Blafrican-Americans here, Jamal.

Blafrican-American

The word formed when a white person attempts to glibly correct himself to sound PC, but had already started to say "black." This term usually comes out when the speaker suddenly remembers he is in the company of blafrican-americans.

"Why does Chad insist on referring to himself as 'C-dawg'. Does he think he is blafrican-american? Oh, hi Tyrone."

When African-American is too stiff and boring, and black doesn't give enough of a nod to the need for equality or the years of oppression, you need to create a new term to blaze new territory.

Blackfrican-American is that term.

Blafrican

1) Derogatory term used to refer to a 'fresh-off-the-boat' African dressed in full African clothing who somehow found themselves walking around a shopping centre in Northern England. They look lost and speak in what resembles French with a very strong accent. Characteristically loud and impatient but pleasantly scented with cocoa butter.

2) A term for a Black African, used in conversations where you need to distinguish from white Africans previously mentioned.

"What was that woman saying to you?"
"Don't know, (she was) Blafrican"

"Was he South African?"
"No, proper Blafrican"
