A strong-willed woman fighting for self perceived justice, or acting within a law enforcement capacity without the actual legal authority to do so.

When law enforcement closed her family’s case , the bitchilante was driven by a unstoppable vengeance to seek her own justice.

Borrowing from Physiology, to supinate is to have a hand with the palm facing up. To bitchinate is to slap a person with the palm of your hand. In other words, it is a shorter term for a bitch slap, plus it makes you sound more intelligent.
