A character from the game Dead by Daylight. He is a killer known as "the Wraith" or "Phillip Ojomo". The name "Bing Bong Boi" comes from the fact that he uses a bell to make himself invisible (or turn himself back to visible again). Despite his popularity outside of the game, most people consider him too weak in game.

I knew I was playing a round against the Bing Bong Boi today when playing Dead by Daylight, as I heard a bell sound in the distance.
