A simple insult with no particular meaning, it sounds funny. Could be some dirty link to scraping semen off of a bell end. I'm not sure.

(noun) an exceptionally long persistent turd when excreted from the anus lands in the bowl touching both sides so that when it is flushed does not go down but just spins creating a brown ring, causing repetitive flushing, and fear of overflow.
