Rust belt city of the United States' East Coast. On the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland. Inhabited by "huns". Also known as Baltimore. Made fun of by Washingtonians.

"Excuse me, why are you smoking cigarettes on your front steps in a house coat?"

"I'm from Bawlmer, hun!"
