Persons with Barzani Derangement Syndrome are thought to be suffering from inferiority complex, usually rooted from jealousy, and envy. These persons are often found beating their chest upon even hearing the word Barzani. They lack the ability to connect with the 20th century, and have no understanding of dialogue. This condition is noted to affect some tribes more than others.
