Akutagawa 

A young man with no eyebrows and an outfit that looks like he came straight out of the Victorian era. He’s quite desperate for the praise of a suicidal brunette named Osamu Dazai, a member of the Armed Detective Agency, also known a former executive of the Port Mafia, the youngest in fact.
