Someone who will deliberately not attend your birthday saying their exam is near (even though it's 2 months away) and that they have to start studying the DAY of your birth because if they don't it's a waste of time.

This person will not even come over for an hour to celebrate and THEN when asked they would say that they didn't even STUDY the whole day and just SLEPT.

Person 1: Dude let's plan something for xyz's birthday.
