Aniphobe

A person who is opposed to anime, or experiences a negative feeling when exposed to it. Can be for a multitude of reasons.

John: Have you seen *anime name*

James: No dude, I'm an aniphobe, I couldn't care less for that stuff

aniphobia

The fear, and or, unrivaled hatred for anime. Someone who despises anime and all of its aspects and would rather burn alive that watch a single episode of anime.

Can also be used as "aniphobic" to describe ones self.

Weeb: Hey man, have you seen (insert anime here)

Aniphobic: *visually cringes* ugh... absolutely not... I have aniphobia.

(noun) - to be phobic of anything that you shouldn't be.

An irrational and persistent fear or aversion to anime, a style of Japanese animated entertainment, often resulting in avoidance of anime-related content, characters, or associated culture.
