A female under the influence of the sleep-aid Ambien. This state is generally characterized by unsteady walking, semi-coherent ramblings, and bizarre behaviors.

My girlfriend is an Ambienne. Last night she popped a pill, and next thing I know she's falling down the stairs mumbling about how if I truly loved, her I'd give her dog my extra kidney.

Ambienesia

The state one falls into after the sleeping pills take effect, but before one is actually asleep. A person experiencing ambienesia will often seem a little loopy, and will do and say things they wouldn't do under normal circumstances. The person will have no memory of the events.
