Alexanderism

Alexanderism is a monotheistic religion that encompasses a variety of traditions, beliefs and practices, solely based on the teachings attributed to Alexander. Alexandrites believe that Alexander is the only true, holy and sacred deity worthy of being considered a god. Alexander was born during the late 20th century in California, USA and currently continues to live on as a mortal. However, it is believed that if the Alexandrite population increases, Alexander the Great will continue to live in a spiritual form for eternity, even after his physical death. Alexander is recognized by adherents as an awakened king and philosopher who shared his insights to help sentient beings end visual suffering, achieve ultimate pleasure and nirvana, and escape what is seen as a cycle of visual suffering due to lack of beauty. Alexandrites also share and use a special language known as ESL to communicate. This is because the Holy Scripture of Alexander was written in this language.
