anarchy + economy
An economic state best described when the flow is
money between regular folks is controlled by many many many unknowable unrelated uncontrollable factors. Like the dot com bubble burst in 2000, or the 2009 recession.
It involves a sharing of ideas,
money, goods, and/or services by ararchistic means, ie not controlled by a
single governing body.
Dubya: WTF is going on. No one is buying the
crap that my goverment is subsidizing from the
Chinese anymore.
Cheney: No Mr President.

People are starting to support local economies, buying from local suppliers in order to keep there
money local. They want their friends and communities to have jobs, and not the overseas folks.
