Someone who is cursed and always misses the best stuff. To become the blitz you must stray from your group of friends.
Dude! You missed it! One of the beer pipes broke so there was free beer for everyone! Sorry, but I guess you are the new blitz.

Totally out of it; usually weed and alcohol related, but can also be from a lack of sleep or something that happened.
Usually invokes a feeling of separation from life, like you're the only one and everyone else is moving around you. Time usually seems warped, and stupid things are suddenly hilarious.

Dude.. me and some buddies got some weed, we were so blitzed!
I can't do this test, I didn't get enough sleep so I'm totally blitzed.
Don't bother talking to Frederick, that chick asked him out and he's blitzing.

the counter to the "Shotty" rule, a mad dash for the front seat of a vehicle, when two persons are in competition for the front passenger seat and the first person calls "Shotty" the second person can call "Blitz" (one may call shotty no-blitz to prevent the blitz rule from being valid)

Also Blitz. (From BlitzMail, the trademarked name of an e-mail client developed at Dartmouth College in 1987 and still used by the students and alumni of Dartmouth, Reed College, and Washington College, as well as many residents of New Hampshire and Vermont's Upper Valley.)
1. (verb, transitive) To send (someone) an e-mail message or file, especially via the BlitzMail program.
2. (noun) An e-mail message, especially one received via the BlitzMail program.

2. "Man, I've only been away for an hour and I have like 30 new blitzes."
