Brainer 

A word used by senior stagiaires who are trying to look cool. While the validity of the word is contested, it is accepted that the word is not used by anyone anymore, or at least anyone who you would consider to be cool.

Christine: This guy I know went did a degree in engineering and a masters in engineering and now he is in med school doing his residency, what a brainer!

hair brained scheme 

A quick and dirty work around work around to address an otherwise complicated and/or painful challenge.

Here's an example of a hair brained scheme:

We should reward people’s effort to go above and beyond their normal duty in hiring process, just like we reward outstanding efforts in other areas of work. We can send a memo to say that we will consider efforts in hiring process that do not qualify for reference fee bonus award as part of the overall evaluation during year end compensation process.

We can mention a “hypothetical” example, w/o calling names, in the same memo to illustrate and address dinner-table discussions. We can also note that at the same time we want to be strict for the purposes of the official reference bonus awards to avoid conflicts, to avoid perception we are bending rules for some but not for others.

The mixture of ejaculate and grey matter that is churned as the result of skull fucking.

As Jess got up to go freshen up, an amount of brain butter leaked out of her eye socket. Brian caught it and was able to spread it on an english muffin which he enjoyed on his commute to the office.

The art of squeezing the scrotum tightly so that it looks like a cats brain. Typically hung outside of the pants in an attempt to get someone to look at it.

Have you ever seen a cats brain? Similar to asking if someone has something on their shirt.
