Another coinage from Vietnam to denote full automatic fire (usually of the AR-15/M-16. The early M-16/AR-15's did not have burst triggers - hence the whole magazine of 20-30 rounds could be run off fast). Hardly ever were two weapons fired in cadence so a long rrrriiiipppp of automatic fire followed by others had a surreal sound like bars from rock and roll songs.

Infantry conversation after a firefight: Hear that? Did you hear that?? I swear to Christ with us cappin` charlie and charlie cappin' us I fuckin' swear to God I heard someone playin' "Louie Louie" in there. Also to describe the state of mind and fighting mode intended by the grunts: "Fuck that 'pick `yer shot shit...I'm goin' in on rock and roll...gonna pray and spray the motherfuckers"

rock on toast 

One of the more common extensions of the phrase "on toast", generally used in one of two ways:

Def. 1 (verb): To do something extremely adeptly or well.

Def. 2 (verb): To be exceptionally good or enjoyable.

Def. 1 - Of course Anna wasn't very good at archery the first time she picked up a bow this year, but after a couple months practice she really started to rock on toast during competitions.

Def. 2 - Plush new carpeting, utilities included, central location, and only $450 a month in rent?
Man, your new apartment rocks on toast!

Rock Star Points 

This term originated while a group of friends were playing Guitar Hero after a night out at the bars. If you've played the game or seen anyone playing it (as is my case), you know that doing things like playing the solo perfect or waving the guitar around while you're playing ("lift the neck up!") makes your score in the game go up. You get more "rock star points" and can use the points to get cool stuff in the game. Therefore, anything cool, hot, sexy, badass that you do in life gives you rock star points. We're all earning them all the time and no one is actually keeping track of how many anyone has, but sometimes you do something really sweet (ie: fuck the shit out of your significant other, give awesome head, shake your booty and make people hot, etc.) and your friend or whoever is like "5 million rock star points for that one".

"You can't play music, but you get lots of rock star points for moving your hips like that, girl"
"You get 5 million rock star points for sucking my dick like that"
"5000 rock star points for shakin' your booty like that"
