A term given to the most venerated and cherished warm weather holidays, particularly in the United States. Among these are Memorial Day, Fathers Day, The 4th of July, and Labor Day. Collectively, they outrank even the most beloved of religious holidays, and as such are treasured equally among genuine barbeque enthusiasts, novices, and those who would just rather order in and be done with it.
Wayne: I got us backstage passes to see Van Halen at Monsters of Rock over Memorial Day weekend!!! Schwing!
