Steering

being a control freak (and/or extremely distrustful of the other person) by second-guessing his actions or manipulating him into doing what you want.

Often it's just as you're about to do the action -- change lanes, turn off the TV, whatever -- but by indicating they feel you should do that action, the steering person has taken all credit for it, and portrayed you as incompetent.
"Do you want to change lanes here?"
"Dude stfu, stop steering me, I was already going to turn there."

Steering

The act of a real estate agent showing minority homebuyers properties for sale in White neighborhoods only. This act causes a panic sale among White homeowners who fear high crime and stagnating or plummeting values of there own property. This panic sale creates more business for the scandalous real estate agent.
Since real estate steering occurred in my neighborhood and the minorities moved in, my property values have dropped by 10%. Crime has increased by 12% and my homeowners insurance is expected to increase by 15%. I didn’t buy a house to loose money, so I will be forced to sell my house before the property values fall even more.

Steering Wheel Holder

A person in control of a motor vehicle who is merely going through the motions of driving. Generally unaware of the situation around them, their mind likely not focused on operating the vehicle. Typical symptoms include driving slow in the left lane, tunnel vision, and being on their phone.
This idiot has been going 50 mph in the left lane for the past ten miles, he’s clearly just a steering wheel holder.

Car with no power steering. The steering wheel is so fucking hard to turn you need strong arms to make it move.
I'm glad I have my new wheels. My old car had Steering by Armstrong installed in it.

Steering Wheel Choke Hold

While getting road head from a chick, you tilt the steering wheel all the way down until she is choking on your street meat! Then proceed to pull on to the shoulder hitting the rumble strip causing her to choke on your skin flute!
On my way home from my date last night, the chick decided to give me some road head. I upped the ante with a Steering Wheel Choke Hold!...Then followed it up with a whale punch!
