Comes from the word "V-Bucks" from Fortnite, though it can refer to anything from V-Bucks to Robux, to MineCoins to whatever other microtransaction money you can imagine a 7 year old stealing their mom's credit card to pay $99.99 for. Often used with the term "mommy's visa" to imply the amount of money is large OR unobtainable by the person in question.
