VEI is not Very Easily Irritated like the definition above, it is a creation of God, a human, that is able to get triggered at anything on Earth. While this being is still Very Easily Irritated (hence VEI) its distinctive ability is to whistle.

Right now, Vei is VEI and he's whistling to the top of his lungs to kill all his friends who pissed him off!!!1!!11
