Cathy says that although buzzwords can be clever and useful, many buzzwords are annoying, so she made up the word upwording to make fun of goofy business buzzwords like uptraining, upskilling, and onboarding.

uploading spree

When a person feels like they have not uploaded photos on an online website, or feels that other have many more photos than them, so they add pictures, but they add a GREAT amount of them.

Aaron felt sad because he only had 35 pictures on Facebook and Maria had 100, so he went on an uploading spree.

Truth Upholding 

Writing down the exact words each individual says (or only the keywords) and/or electronically recording the words to deter speakers in a discussion, argument, conversation, or negotiation from making false statements, saying they said something other than what they said or saying they did not say something they said.

Because human beings tend to make false statements it is extremely helpful to practice Truth Upholding.

Neural Uploading

The hypothetical process of scanning and mapping the complete structure and state of a biological brain at a synaptic (or deeper) level and transferring that information into a computational substrate—a computer, a synthetic brain, or a network. This would create a digital consciousness, a "mindfile," that is a continuation of the original person's identity, capable of existing in virtual realities, controlling synthetic bodies, or achieving a form of immortality. It's the ultimate divorce of mind from meat, raising existential questions about the nature of self and continuity.

Neural Uploading Example: In Black Mirror's "San Junipero," the minds of the elderly are Uploaded to a perpetual virtual resort after death. The concept assumes we are nothing but patternable information, and that copying that pattern is the same as moving the soul. The "you" that wakes up in the computer is the central philosophical dilemma of the tech.
