Get the Tunisian mug.Tunisia is a relatively small northern African country with very limited natural resources compared to its nabors. The capital is Tunis and main other cities are Sousse and Sfax.
The country was under Cartagian, Roman Ottoman and French rule to name a few. This explains the omni presence of vocabulary from all over the Mediterranean in their spoken language which is more a variant of Arabic than a dialect.
The main industries are tourism, textile, IT and agriculture. But when that wasn't going too well for them they went crazy bat shit on their long running president and ousted him to some barren Saoudi castle.
The country's been a central piece to the social movements that stirred in North Africa and the middle East back in 2011. What was called the Jasmin revolution brought democracy to Tunisia, a democracy then again the military to power in Egypt, and civil war to Libya, Syria and Yemen.
The Tunisian people are a proud people and would often brag about their long and grandiose history. They're particularly proud of Cartage. Secularity is remarkably very palpable for a Muslim majority country. Tunisia's rank amongst the countries that drink the most alcohol per capita is undisputable.

Get the Tunisia mug.One who copulates with several women. Much like a sailor goes place to place, a tunasailor sails from "fish to fish" or woman to woman. Has no standards whatsoever in where he sails.
"Did John stick around for the afterparty?"
"Are you kidding?! That tunasailor is probably on his second fish of the night!"

The Tunisian revolution is an intensive campaign of civil resistance, including a series of street demonstrations taking place in Tunisia. The events began in December 2010 and led to the ousting of longtime President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali in January 2011. Street demonstrations and other unrest have continued to the present day.
The protests inspired similar actions throughout the Arab world; the Egyptian revolution began after the events in Tunisia and also led to the ousting of Egypt's longtime president Hosni Mubarak; furthermore, uprisings in Bahrain, Syria and Yemen and major protests have also taken place in Algeria, Jordan, Morocco, Israel's borders, Iraq, Mauritania and also Libya - where a full-scale revolution has broken out - as well as elsewhere in the wider North Africa and Middle East.
