2. Something 'lacking'/'not there' ... and therefore broken in that respect.

(1) i.e., 'Those starships were tropper.' (Those starships were broken)

(2) i.e., 'That person is tropper.' (That person is screwed in the head / not all there / broken)

1. A status of extreme success, the 2nd highest rank of a man among men, placed only below the status of Chuck Norris.

2. Unlimited points added to the team's score in any competitive activity. Gaining a tropperwaffle will result in an instant end to the game and the team with Tropperwaffle will be announced as winners, with no consequences.

A man who jumps from woman to woman when he breaks up with one. He also usually has a very high ego and usually discriminates on a minority.

Guy 1 : "I just broke up with my girlfriend because I found out she doesn't work out at the gym!"
Guy 2 : "Wow, you are such a Hob Tropper!"
