White Trash Rich 

When people have no $ to pay their bills, don't work or if they do it's a part time cash job, and they live on welfare getting free food stamps, health care, housing assistance, free child care, but have expensive things like the newest smart phone or newest clothing. They usually have several kids. They somehow make it seem to everyone else that they are rich and have the best life ever.

They always have the $ for new toys such as vehicles, 4wheelers, dirt bikes, etc. They max out a dozen credit cards but have $ to go on vacation, get their hair done, nails done, get new clothes all the time, $ for cigarettes, go out on the weekends, and brag about people being jealous of them.

This word could also be applied to the feeling that people on welfare get during tax time. Because usually they have several kids so they get thousands and thousands of dollars back from Taxes, and then either blow it all like they won the lottery or they live off of it for the rest of the year.

They sure are “White Trash Rich” because I heard their other car got repoed again and their house is getting taken away, but they just bought another SUV and are taking a vacation. Must be nice to live on welfare, not pay your bills, and not have a job. Then I could afford to do those things too.

A person can be male or female usually in their late teens to early twenties (17-23) who is petulant, wasteful, and lose in their morals. They typically behave in ways that are not considered appropriate for their social standing, and often flaunt their money (their parents money) around openly. Usually born into a wealthy family they have no self earned wealth. The often lead excessive and wasteful lives supported by someone else's wealth other than their own

Rich Trash Syndrome 

A condition that is mostly permanent, where someone with money, privilege, snobbish values, hubris, entitlement mentality, and lack of self-discipline think that gives them the right to force their narrow-minded, snobbish, and worthless values/opinions on others.

They're often White, often Moderates and Progressives, and often college educated with no ability to think for themselves. They often pretend others are helpless and force help on them. They don't believe others should look or be as they please, and thus support zoning laws, neighborhood associations, dress codes, etc. They constantly make up new laws, new etiquette rules, new dress codes, and new ways to pretend to get offended to control, enslave, and manipulate others. Unlike normal people who pretend to not notice differences in others, they often say little digs, give unwanted advice about whatever differences they perceive, or make little unwanted "helpful" statements. If someone has a birth defect related to gender, the person with RTS may drop little hints about it, when the person lives no differently from most others. They often move to low-income neighborhoods or volunteer there to control folks, boss others around, take over, exploit the citizens, change their lifestyles, and impress others.

The local high school was once an accepting and diverse place which allowed all sorts of self-expression through style and dress. But then new faculty members with Rich Trash Syndrome took over. They grew up in sheltered environments and pretended things were disruptive when they weren't to protect their own weak natures, fragile sensibilities, control needs, and snob values. So they decided to arbitrarily make up a bunch of new rules and ban nearly every previously allowed freedom. They claimed they were doing it "for the students" and to improve grades, when they were simply unable to ignore the preferences of others they disagreed with. The grades actually decreased while bullying and school violence increased. So the stupid folks with Rich Trash Syndrome reacted by making even tighter rules.

They typically behave in ways that are not considered appropriate for their social standing, date losers without jobs, and often flaunt their money (their parents money) around openly. Usually born into a wealthy family they have no self earned wealth. They often lead excessive and wasteful lives supported by someone else's wealth other than their own.
