Any member of a corporate cabal that would allot 30% over fair budget to uphold well-disproven principles behind a crisis the lesser amount would have remedied.

So let me get this right, instead of investing $10,000 a quarter into properly filling our vacancy the toxymorons are throwing $13,000 into more shifts for the existing staff.

Oxymoron 

An Oxymoron is two words, or a compound word, with contradictory definitions. The most commonly-used example of an oxymoron is 'jumbo shrimp,' as a shrimp is small by definition and therefore cannot be jumbo.
