The act of calculating or planning a so called "clever" scheme (usually about getting laid) that is just a sign of how stupid and lame-brained the torfeculator really is.

The lame-brained schemer is called a torfus. George Costanza on Seinfeld was a real torfus.

While Jason spent all afternoon torfeculating about getting into his girlfriend's pants at the drive-in movie that night, he didn't realize that she was bringing her younger sister and cousin with her.
