A"gender fluid" individual; the woke version of a "Karen", a person who does not identify as man or woman, and therefore identifies as a "they" or a "them" (ie, "theythem").

Theythem's can be seen in most cities fully masked up for COVID 23, blue or purple haired. While they don't adhere to either gender, they usually lean feminine. They often act as self-deputized woke police, and they readily share their opinions with uninterested passerby.
