A"gender fluid" individual; the woke version of a "Karen", a person who does not identify as man or woman, and therefore identifies as a "they" or a "them" (ie, "theythem").

Theythem's can be seen in most cities fully masked up for COVID 23, blue or purple haired. While they don't adhere to either gender, they usually lean feminine. They often act as self-deputized woke police, and they readily share their opinions with uninterested passerby.

Some theythem came over and told me to put on a mask while I was at the park.

A theythem told me that transwomen have no physical advantage over natural born women.

The woke version of Hershey's, the bars have non-binary flags and trans flags on them and have stupid gender ideologies on them.

And no, this is not directed at all non-binary and trans people, just the toxic ones, and those people that think different and harass others with those view points. Trans rights are human rights.
