The only place in Reisterstown people who aren't from Reisterstown know about. Also the only place in Reisterstown where you can find something to do. People are there whenever it's open, most likely eating ice cream and doing nothing. If you go to the cow by yourself, you're lame. And if you don't go to the cow, you don't live in Reisterstown.

Person A- I went to the cow yesterday with some friends.
Person B- Sweet. I was going to get some people to go today.

The Cow Cult (or TCC, not to be confused with True Crime Community) is the name of the collective fandom of popular Stan Twitter YouTuber, Mother Oxen. His channel is one of the fastest-growing channels in the history of YouTube, gaining over 0.00327 million subscribers in a little over a year. The Cow Cult is served more than 3,000 active and retired personnel from all branches of Stan Twitter. The community is named after Mother Oxen, a Barb who established the TCC community after interest from several "Perhaps" memes circling YouTube and Stan Twitter.

Very old Brazilian expression, which means "all is (was) lost", with no turning back. Probably from rural origin, just think a farmer trying to rescue a cow from been stuck to death in a swamp.

It's used in situations like "The situation of the company was already bad in the Telecom market, then came the Chinese products and the cow went to the swamp"
