N. A technological retard - someone who is unable to figure out how to do anything related to technology (e.g. computers, the Internet, cell phones, etc.) despite having received instructions more than once.
My mom is such a technolotard! I've showed her 10 times how to install an app on her iPhone and she still has to keep asking me how. Fuck me!

Technologytard 

One who is slow or lagging in the use or understanding of any/all electronic devices. Devices include but are not limited to; computers (especially internet & e-mail), camcorders, cameras, portable GPS, DVRs, DVD players and remote controls.
A portable GPS unit would be the perfect gift for most people, except for my technologytarded mom who can barely figure out how to use e-mail.
