Any member of Amerika's constantly expanding shoot-first police and paramilitary forces. Almost always armed with automatic weapons and wearing black outfits with body armor. Preferred weapons escalate from pepper spray to taser to lethal force, frequently simulaneously. From SWAT + Nazi.
