1.)The feeling of walking into the room and forgetting what you were going to do. The sudden realization that your creator deleted your current actions.

2.)The sudden feeling of Déjà vu through daily life. Your creator played through it already and didn't save.

1.) Friend 1: Funny thing, I walked into the living and forgot what I doing!
Friend 2: SIMCEPTION.

2.) Friend 1: Whoa, I think I just had Déjà vu. I remember going to this store before!
