I spent the whole afternoon stresslaxing, lounging on the couch but feeling too guilty about my unfinished tasks to actually relax.

I sat stresslaxing watching a Netflix series all evening to help me chill before my exam. It just made me more nervous.

When one messages someone during a time of anxiety or stress either to have someone to talk to or kill time.

A: Dude why are you talking to me? Didn't you say you had a 10 page paper due at midnight?
B: I do lmao, I'm just stressaging.
