When someone steps on your penis with great force while you're laying down, often causing permanent infertility and a fear of anything going near your crotch. Your balls may also split open.

Dick Stomp is a phrase used to describe the sound and actions of a loud stepping upstairs neighbor. The person responsible for the dick stomp is not purposefully causing a ruckus. Instead, they are ignorant to the fact that walking could cause such a commotion. When confronted about the noise, they will claim that they are, 'just walking'.

This morning I was awoken by the dick stomp.
