The Scartball in question is a Wal-Mart toy-section style fun-ball, usually found in those giant bins with shrek or barbie or something on them. Scartball is played on a tennis (scartball) court. The use of hands is not allowed, although the use of whiskey is encouraged. Games are played to 11, and you must win by 2 points.
