Name given to anybody who regularly acts, or is acting like a complete tool. Generally, a slaggard will have a brain that is smaller than that of an emu.

Shaggard

A compound word derived from Shagged and Haggard. Often used in reference to how one might feel waking up with a hangover after a one night stand. Term to describe the abuse done to your liver and genitals during uncontrolled drinking and meaningless sex.
