spaggard 

An amalgamation of spack and blaggard, but retaining most of the former's meaning.

A clumsy or cackhanded person, prone to acting like a retard, whether intentionally or no.

It is generally used without any other words - i.e. you wouldn't say 'you are a spaggard', just 'spaggard'.

Bill totally had a window for some snatch grabbin tonight, but poured his drink all over her tits. Spaggard.

Name given to anybody who regularly acts, or is acting like a complete tool. Generally, a slaggard will have a brain that is smaller than that of an emu.

Shaggard 

A compound word derived from Shagged and Haggard. Often used in reference to how one might feel waking up with a hangover after a one night stand. Term to describe the abuse done to your liver and genitals during uncontrolled drinking and meaningless sex.

"Damn, I feel shaggard this morning." "Dude, you look totally shaggard!"
