Sigma male grindset

The sigma male grindset refers to the the superior mindset possessed by the male at the top of the social hierarchy, also known as the sigma. This grindset is often mentioned when the sigma does something that may be considered based and redpilled. Society (runned by betas) views the Sigma as a threat. He is thus often a victim of societal ostracism for his intrinsically based nature. He is the victim of a systematic societal hate crime.

Sigma female grindset is very similar to sigma male grindset but it also has distinct differences that touch on feminine aspects of sigma personalities. Sigma females are all about result, outcome, and success and they can care less how they are perceived by the superficial standards of status in a society run by beta females (damsel in distress mindset ) and alpha females (Instagram models). One could argue that sigma females are the true alpha females while so-called "alpha" females are in fact NPCs with a sense of fake self-importance.
