Shittlefuckskeetskeet is a combination word comprised of three terms. Shittles, Fuckles, and Skeet Skeet. All of which may have sexual connotation when used separately, but when combined form the ultimate exclamation. When using the word, no other word is needed in the sentence, because everyone will know the level of seriousness that requires such a term.
The term was created in 2004 by world renowned artist and musician Harrison Moenich.

1. Repeatedly moving from computer, to laptop, to computer, with disk in hand, because your company is too cheap to do anything wirelessly. And too stupid to address the compatibility issues between laptops and desktops.
Similar to moving room to room in the dorms looking for a lay and becoming similarly frustrated with the process.
2. May also be used to describe routing cable to address network wiring/config issues. Going from the server room, to the floor and back - switching this cable or that one - trying to get the computers on the network to communicate with each other.

Texas is categorized as a swing state in presidential elections, but has voted for Republicans more times than for Democrats in recent history. As such, as demographics change political alignments, some Democrats believe that Texas will vote blue, or Democratic, due to their Hispanic and African American voters, who often align themselves with the Democratic Party's liberal wing.

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
