adj. A state of complete highness.
Describes when one is so high that they pronounce chiefed as shiefed because it takes too much effort to make the "ch" sound.

a phrase coined by a college student in Texas that was tired of getting excluded from curves because his grade was too high. This term is altered from "fucked in the ass" in order to be able to be placed on social networking sites.

this instructor keeps giving a curve to everyone except the people that made A's ... we studied hard and earned the points then this jackass just gave them out to everyone else. We are getting shivved in the chute.
