Words you can keep

Sharehouse

A place to live if you want to encounter selfish and inconsiderate strangers who make loud noises at any hour of the night, dont do any cleaning, hog the kitchen and living room, will be on phone calls all hours of the night, make mess and expect you to clean it, will use the couch as their personal clothing line, steal your milk and have their drunk friends running around the house naked. The other occupants apparently don’t know the definition of the word share
Living with my family can be so annoying sometimes”
“Well it’s a lot better than living in a sharehouse”
“That’s true

emotional shareholder

Someone that is devoted to their sports team. They are sad when the team losses, happy when they win. Their mood depends on their team's status.
Nicole: We made it to the playoffs!! Hopefully we can make it to the World Series!

Josh: I hate people that refer to their sports team as “we.” It’s only appropriate if you are a shareholder.

Nicole: I am a shareholder. I am an emotional shareholder.

Caitlin: Ooh. She got you there, Josh.

Revenue Shareholder

A revenue shareholder receives a portion of a company's revenue directly proportionate to the quantity of shares owned; 1% ownership pays 1% of the total net revenue.

The phrased was originally coined by NaturThink when they developed a new kind of business structured around joint ownership with shareholders participating as board members influencing the direction of the company with online votes.

No more greedy executives voting for hefty bonuses and umbrella parachutes
As a revenue shareholder I received 10% of the company's profits.

A home - either a flat or a house - shared by several inhabitants (but not a family unit).

Back when I lived in upstate new york

A meaningless, unimpressive, self-serving introduction. An indicator that the story about to be shared will be pointless and dumb.
Back when I lived in upstate new york, I also had to park on the street - on two occasions, we got enough snow, mixed with just the right plowing, that my car was lifted off the ground from so much snow being jammed underneath it.

Sister: This meeting was to discuss the rough draft of my essay, where we discussed the subsidiary questions I added in my rough draft. We also discussed the relationship between my main title and the real-life situations I chose to use in my essay. We discussed the structure of my essay as well, specifically the Math AOK section and how it relates to the contradiction of the title. This second meeting was particularly helpful in discussing the implications of my essay claims and how to apply the title across various areas of knowledge. There were many sections of the essay that could have been cut down in wordiness and the ways of knowing required further and more in-depth analysis.

green inexperienced youthful judgement and cold blooded execution of those judgements.

Rashness with little concern of consequence.
