Usually practiced using mobile devices (Blackbery, etc)
here's an example of a typical S-MAIL converstaion.

Neka's mail 

A Neka's mail is a letter/email sent by a person, usually in a motherly/school directory role, that seeks to address family/school issue or just generally useful advice. It's best sent close to midnight or early hours of the day.
Somto is very unserious with his core courses, I need to send him a Neka's mail.

When one person places mail inside the rectal cavity of their partner immediately after engaging in an act of sex.

*NOTE: the majority of the time the ""rear" partner has just received a piece of mail officially addressed to the "front" partner. The mail is always addressed from a secret lover.

Check's in the mail 

When you have no intention of paying for something/don't believe something. People used to pay for things by check and it would take some time to arrive. If you didn't have money, you could buy something without paying, saying "the check's in the mail."
"Hey, when are you going to pay me for that weed?" "The check's in the mail, bro."
"The supreme court is going to uphold the voting rights act? Yeah right. The check's in the mail."

Check's in the mail 

A mocking neg used in sports/ games against an opponent that just made an unforced error that greatly helped you or your team.

The phrase suggests that the error was actually intentional and they were attempting to "take a dive" to receive payment.
In Sports (Baseball):
*Thrown ball tips off of first basemen's glove and flies off into foul territory*

Runner as they round first heading for second: "Check's in the mail!"

Video Game (Any MOBA)
*Opponent uses an ability to grab and pull you away from a deadly situation, allowing you to use a movement ability to escape there after*

All Chat: "Check's in the mail!"

What's an e-mail? 

Intr. 1. an enuendo having to do with titties
2. a question asked that implies titties
3. Viewing or feeling of the titties

NB while this usually applies to chics, it can be asked by a chic to a dude if she wants him to engage in one of the above definitions
