A person who uses your name/credit and/or money to have things in life. One who is of complete insignificance and has no ambitions to straighten up and get things on or in his own name. Person who uses another’s good credit/money to get things of his own.
Tommy Boy wants to know if we will list him as a driver on our insurance policy, he got another DUI...he is already on our phone bill.....I’m tired of him riding on my dime.
