Similar to 'Happily Married' however the relationshipers do not intend to change their current relationship status and are content just being boyfriend/girlfriend.
By saying this to someone informs them that you are not single or interested.

Girl 1: Hey, do you wanna get out of here?
Guy : No thanks, I'm happily relationshiped.
