Pootention

The art of holding in one's poop until the last possible moment, often resulting in a sense of satisfaction or relief once finally released. Pootention requires a certain level of discipline and mental fortitude, as well as a willingness to endure physical discomfort.

I held in my poop for hours until I got home, and the pootention was worth it.
