Originates from "coomin stoolin" wich is a slang word for stealing a cows powder. First mentioned in Diction*arium, a jackbox Game.
Mostly used in German Urban regions

When you've really messed up, or jumbled a situation. When you are truly "fucking up".

When your friend locks himself out of his house in the rain for the 12th time this week and calls you for help
"Wow bro, you're really poopin' the goose"
When your friend gets an F on ALL of his finals

"I cannot believe you're poopin' the goose so bad!"
When your mom forgets your favorite flavor of Jell-o at the grocery store

The act of poopin in your roomates cats litter box after you find a curdled feline terd on your pile of clothes in your closet and get so mad you squat in the hubblest of ways and poop on some fresh step, hoping the cat will be as offended as you were, but probably won't mind it and your roomate gets to handle the situation.
