When a male or a female is really attractive but the public opinion of them is highly negative because they are just a shitty human being, typically due to the way they treat others.
Person 1 - "I don't see why everyone hates on Rebecca so much, she is fucking gorgeous."

when a person is described to having a face that changes or morphs when viewed from different angles, uses of different lighting, time of day etc. it is a feature which decieves a person into thinking someone with putty face looks good but when viewed under different conditions, they become hideous or funny looking than what was originally thought.

what a pretty face
a compliment given to overweight people. basically, it means "you might actually pass for pretty if you lost some weight". overly trying to take emphesis off the body and make someone feel good about SOMETHING. origanally meant as a compliment, but now sort of a putdown because most people know it means the person saying it thinks you're fat.

pretty face syndrome
A condition where girls with a naturally pretty face, put no effort into their body and generally end up fat and out of shape. The opposite of Butterface.
With such a pretty face that girl could be super hot if it wasn't for her pretty face syndrome.
Damn shame shes got PFS, she could be so hot.
Picked up a good looking girl last night, but when I got her naked turned out she had a serious case of pretty face syndrome :(
