The Partygoers!

An entity of The Backrooms, most commonly found on Levels: FUN, 119, and 188.
Partygoers are highly aggressive, and highly intelligent.
They create Balloons and can mimic the sound of laughter, these are used to lure you to them.
Partygoers are tall slender bright yellow (sometimes other colored) entities that appear to have a smile carved into their "face", inside their "sleeves" is what looks to be similar to a lamprey eels mouth, Partygoers will latch onto it's prey and convert them into one of them, Partygoers can create, alter, and delete wiki pages of information about them.
Partygoers are silent, but lack in speed, so you could easily outrun them.

If you see confetti flying out of a window on Level 188 T̵h e r e̵'̵s̵ a ̲̳̤̭̇͑̋ p ͎̻͉̬̙̹̺̄̌̆̓͘a̴̜̘͇̹͒ŗ̴̡̺̣̻̐̿̉͋̉͘t̴̜̔͛̽̏̄̈̕͠y̶̡̟̫̩̼͇̺͛ͅ i̵͇͗͊̈́̈́͘n̴̰̯̘͛̀̄͐͌̚̚ ̶̡̡̡̺͇̠̫̳̾̀̉̅̆͐̐̓ţ̶͕̫̺̙͚̩͆̈́̃̒̈́̆̈́͠h̵̯̥̖̱̅͆͐̑̆e ̡̛̛̝͊̄͂̆̏̊̇̌͒̂r ̡̢̪̜̳͉̗̳͚̱̻̊̆̉̏̉͆̔ͅͅe̵̯͋̀̂͌̚͝! ̢̢̨̘̳̲͇̤̣̬̖́̏͊͑͗͒͂ ̒͜= ͓̫͍̥̆͒̈́̂͌͗̉) ̛̰̀͗̓͂̚
Person 1: "There's a single balloon in the hallway..."
Person 2: "We must leave, that's The Partygoers!"

Christmas Partyhoer

A person--usually a married co-worker--that uses the company Christmas party as an opportunity to get extremely drunk and dance inappropriately on other co-workers' spouses, usually leading to embarrassment the next day.
Todd: Dude, Steve is all over the boss' wife

Phil: He's such a Christmas Partyhoer. That's going to be awkward tomorrow.

Partydote

Annecdote suitable for breaking the ice at parties or social gatherings where individuals are not necessarily overly familiar with each other or have not made each others acquaintance
I used an excellent partydote as a fat penguin to break the ice at that party the other week.

Coyote Ugly

1. Place

The Bar came before the movie. It is an awesome bar where the girls know how to party and make you feel okay about giving up your money, drawers, bras, and dignity.

2. Movie

A story about a Jersey girl following her dreams, aided by working at this bar in New York.

3. Situation/Person/Decision

See other definitions - waking up next to someone so ugly you'd rather chew your arm off than wake them up.
1. Yo, Coyote Ugly is my favorite bar! I got whipped, stripped, drunk, and danced on the bar all before 7 o'clock!

2. Hey did you see Coyote Ugly? It actually has a plot!

Back when I lived in upstate new york

A meaningless, unimpressive, self-serving introduction. An indicator that the story about to be shared will be pointless and dumb.
Back when I lived in upstate new york, I also had to park on the street - on two occasions, we got enough snow, mixed with just the right plowing, that my car was lifted off the ground from so much snow being jammed underneath it.
