It is a moment of realisation of how
bad of a person you are after killing
literally billions of NPCs and/or committing other unbelievable atrocities in videogames.
This expression is actually referencing a famous quote of J.Robert Oppenheimer, one of the
father's of US nuclear program. While describing his feelings from witnessing the first explosion of an atomic bomb, he said:
