Words you can keep

necrotism

1. The practice of earning a specific position or office on the coattails, reputation, or based on the fondess for a dead relative.
2. Being favored in some way due to a familial relationship to a beloved person who is now deceased.
3. The practice of "keeping" a deceased relative "alive" officially for financial or professional gain and benefit.
1. After Rep. Sonny Bono died, it was no surprise he was followed in office by his wife Mary Bono. Political necrotism is a tried and true way for the people to feel like they've kept a bit of the person they've lost in office.

2. Jack's Dad is such a legend around here, they jumped at the chance to send him up the ladder. Never mind that the old coot is dead, Jack will be CEO one day thanks to the blatant necrotism.

3. Grandma died years ago, but through the magic of a little necrotism, my brother and I benefit from her monthly social security check to this day.

Nepotism

Nepotism (the practice among those with power or influence of favouring relatives or friends, especially by giving them jobs.
2. The act of using your power or influence to get good jobs or unfair advantages for members of your own family.

The word originates from the mid 17th century and derives from French népotisme or Italian nepotismo, from nipote ‘nephew’ (with reference to privileges bestowed on the ‘nephews’ of popes, who were in many cases their illegitimate sons).
Are Donald Trump’s political appointments the result of nepotism?

reverse nepotism

treating non-family/non-relatives (i.e. friends, associates) like gold while regarding family members and relatives as dirt.
After years of putting up with his cousin's reverse nepotism, Brian finally snapped and cut him loose.

Negrotism

Negrotism is a type of "blackness" or invisible "black matter" that radiates off of someone with a high level of Negrosity. This is often seen when someone smokes weed or a combination of other drugs (such as a Jeffrey). Negrotism may be radiated from a subject whether they are of black decent or not, as long as the Negrosity levels are high enough. Negrotism can sometime be absorbed from an outside source such as another subject radiating Negrotism. Negrotism can be more easily absorbed if the subject consumes more cornbread, grape drink, fried chicken, corn, and even mashed potatoes to an extent.
Nate smoked so much of that really ballin' weed that he started to radiate Negrotism.

West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped. Now often used in predominantly working-class areas of the midlands and the north to mean someone who listens to rock-derived music and/or dresses in a manner that suggests they affiliate themselves with rock music of some kind.
Some grebo passed with Sabbath playing on his stereo.
The Poppies are at no. 17? God, a grebo band in the charts!
They're playing nu-metal now, bloody grebos!
