A fake state of mentality used by males as an excuse for doing something sexually weird, inappropriate, or flat out dumb. Also excuse for boners at strange times.

manvision

A visual and sensory input dysfunction common in men, but may also be present in women. This dysfunction can cause an individual not to see what is right in front of them. In some cases they may still not "see" it even once it's pointed out to them. Example: Man: "If it ain't broke don't fix it." "Woman: this is where it is broken." Man: "I'm not seeing what you're seeing." This can be applied to anything from household chores, to big things.

My landlady's maintenance man didn't see the puddle of water on the counter as an issue. When I told my landlady about the leak, she asked if I told him about it, as it was the first she was hearing of it. I said yes, but that he has manvision. Right away she said, I know what that is. I'll talk to him.
